Cancellation and payment conditions

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first 3 nights will be charged. No-shows will be charged in full. In case of early departure, 3 nights will be charged for no-show.

After the free cancellation period expires, an amount will be charged as follows:
Stays from 1 to 7 nights: the first 3 nights will be charged.
Stays from 8 to 14 nights: the first 6 nights will be charged.
For stays from 15 nights onwards, the Management reserves the right to contact the customer directly, as a higher deposit will be required.

Guarantee

Reservations will not be accepted without a valid credit card number until the start date of the stay. After the free cancellation period has expired, a variable amount, as specified above, will be charged from the credit card used to confirm the booking. If no charge is made, the reservation will be cancelled.
