General Conditions
Check-in: the room is available anytime from 3 p.m. Is required to show a identification document and a credit card.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the room not later than 12 a.m.
All the services of the hotel will be at your disposal in the early hours of your arrival date and in the late afternoon the day of your departure.
The prices indicated at the time of booking include VAT at the rate applied at the time.
Possible tourist tax not included.

Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations up to 3 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of the first 3 nights. No-shows are charged the full amount of the stay.
In case of early departure a penalty of 3 nights will be charged.
Guarantee
A credit card will be requested upon arrival to guarantee payment of extras.
Prepaid rate NOT refundable.

Payment
Upon confirmation of booking will be required to pay in advance by credit card the total amount of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
It will not be possible to cancel or modify your reservation.

Payment Terms
Payment of the balance in accordance with Legislative Decree: 231 art. 49
If the total final payment is equal to or exceeds 5,000.00 Euro, payment shall be made by credit card.
